Govt to proceed with 43 school building projects

The Department of Education has announced plans to send 43 major school building projects for tender and construction this year.

Education Minister Batt O'Keeffe says 21 new primary schools will be constructed and seven more will be extended and refurbished, benefiting a total of almost 10,000 pupils.
