Cabinet to meet again on bank recapitalisation plan

The cabinet is expected to hold another meeting this morning to discuss plans to inject €7bn worth of taxpayers' money into AIB and Bank of Ireland.

The details of the recapitalisation plan are still being finalised and could be made public later today.
