Man questioned over Dublin drug seizure released on bail

A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a €100,000 drugs seizure in Dublin yesterday.

The drugs were found as part of a planned search of a house in Crumlin.

He has since been released on bail and is due to appear in court later this month.

Up to 20 ounces of crack cocaine and small amounts of miscellaneous drugs were found during the planned search of a house on Windmill Crescent in Crumlin yesterday afternoon.

Various items of drug distribution paraphernalia were also recovered by gardaí.

A 26-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Sundrive Road garda station for questioning.

He was later charged and is due to appear in court on February 19.
