Green Party criticises BoI pay rise

A 3.5% pay rise for Bank of Ireland staff is being described as unnecessary and provocative.

The Green Party's Finance spokesperson Dan Boyle has criticised the move, saying he hopes the upcoming bill on bank recapitalisation will contain measures allowing moves like this to be reviewed.
