Minister: Congestion charges on way in two to three years

The Transport Minister has said the introduction of congestion charges in Dublin will form part of the Government's plan to get more people to use public transport.

Minister Noel Dempsey plans to introduce a range of deterrents and incentives to help get cars off the roads over the next few years.
