FLAC criticises new code for mortgage lenders

The Free Legal Advice Centre is criticising new government plans for the regulation of mortgage lenders.

The Government is examining the area as part of an undertaking to consumers on the recapitalisation of Irish banks and the Financial Regulator is due to publish a new code at the end of the month.
