Minister approves tender process for facilities at Dublin Airport terminal

The Minister for Transport Noel Dempsey has approved arrangements for the tender process for facilities at Dublin Airport's second terminal.

It covers a range of services - including cleaning, maintenance and certain security screening processes.

Minister Dempsey said he believes the tender process will encourage more efficient operations at the new terminal, which is due to open in 2010.
