Social partners to continue talks on recovery plan

The social partners are due to continue talks in Dublin today aimed at agreeing an economic recovery plan.

Unions and employers have both agreed to negotiate a programme to cut €2bn in public spending this year in an effort to address the massive deficit in the public finances.
