Report to recommend fixed-boundary constituencies

A report due to be published next week is expected to recommend the introduction of fixed-boundary electoral constituencies in Ireland.

Reports this morning say the document will recommend the establishment of a fixed number of constituencies in which the number of seats would change in line with changes in population.
