Man due in court over counterfeit travellers’ cheques

A man is to appear in court in Dublin this morning in connection with the seizure of counterfeit travellers’ cheques.

He was arrested along with two other people after gardaí raided an apartment in Fairview on Thursday.

A large number of counterfeit travellers' cheques were seized, along with cash and equipment used to make the cheques.

One man will appear before Dublin District Court today, while a second man and a woman remain in custody at Store Street Garda Station.
