A Dublin mother who claims she was raped by a man she had been dating has denied that they had consensual intercourse after he gave her a "fireman's lift" up to her bedroom.

The woman accepted a suggestion from defence counsel Ms Isobel Kennedy SC that the morning she alleges the man raped her, he had arranged to call around to her house to help her move some beds.
