Family welcomes report into Maghaberry Prison death

The family of a prisoner who took his own life at Maghaberry Prison while warders slept or watched TV has welcomed a damning report into the death.

Colin Bell, aged 34, was on suicide watch and was supposed to be monitored every 15 minutes in his cell, but he was dead for 40 minutes before his body was discovered last August.
