Four-year EU plan against drugs launched

A four-year European Union drugs action plan has been launched aimed at curbing drug abuse.

Funding to the tune of €21m is to be made available under the scheme, while the number of information programmes to highlight the dangers of illegal drug abuse is also set to increase.
