New political party for seniors to address non-elderly issues
The founder of the country's newest political party says it is concerned about more than just issues relating to older people.
John Wolfe set up the Seniors Solidarity Party just a few months ago in the wake of the row over the withdrawal of the automatic medical card for over 70s.
He said that it will have policies on all issues, especially those affecting retired people including health and education.
The party has already opened three branches.
