Average house prices in Ireland fell by 8.3% in the first 11 months of this year, according to the latest figures from the ESRI and Permanent TSB.

Average house prices in Ireland fell by 8.3% in the first 11 months of this year, according to the latest figures from the ESRI and Permanent TSB.

The two organisations say the average house has lost €24,000 of its value since last December.
