Three horses attacked at Waterford halting site

Investigations are underway in Waterford into a number of attacks on horses in the city.

Three horses had their back legs cut and mutilated at two halting sites on the Ballybeg Link road and the Williamstown road.

The attacks happened last night, and all three horses have since been put down.
