Man held in connection with Derry murder

Police in the North have made another arrest today in connection with the murder of Brian McGlynn in Derry last year.

A 50-year-old man was detained in Strabane, Co Tyrone, this morning in connection with the ongoing investigation.

Mr McGlynn, a 28-year-old nightclub doorman, was shot dead at his home in the Fountain Hill area in June 2007.

A number of arrests have been made in connection with the case, but nobody has been charged with the murder.
