Cabinet discusses plan to address Lisbon impasse

The cabinet has held its last weekly meeting before the Taoiseach heads to Brussels later this week to propose a solution to the Lisbon Treaty impasse.

Ministers have been repeatedly saying in recent days that no plan had been finalised and the various options were still being addressed.
