Seventy thousand turn out for education march

Almost 70,000 people took part in a protest against the Budget's education cuts.

The demonstration was part of a campaign organised by unions over the last few weeks, with protests taking place in Offaly, Cork, Galway and Donegal, before the national rally in Dublin.
