The mother of a 12-year-old girl facing 16 charges is be arrested unless she attends her daughter’s court case next week.

The girl, who is originally from Romania, but residing in west Dublin, is facing a spate of charges and was brought before the Children’s Court today on foot of a bench warrant issued previously after she failed to attend her case.
