Man rescued on Wicklow Mountains

A man has been rescued from the Wicklow Mountains after getting into difficulty while out walking.

The hill-walker, in his late 30s, was walking on The Spink Mountain in Glendalough yesterday when he got trapped on steep ground.

The Glen of Imaal Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team rescued the man yesterday afternoon.
