IBEC: 'Finance Bill a missed opportunity to stimulate growth'

IBEC has described the Government's Finance Bill as a missed opportunity for stimulating economic growth.

The employers' group says it is particularly disappointed with improvements to the research and development tax credit scheme, which it says were not substantive and flexible enough.
