Cabinet to consider surveillance laws

Laws to allow surveillance intelligence to be used in court will be considered by the cabinet tomorrow, it was revealed today.

An outline of legislation is expected to be published soon after if Justice Minister Dermot Ahern receives the go-ahead for the radical proposals.
