Trial of Christian Brother continues

The trial of a retired Christian Brother accused of indecent assault on a young girl 40 years ago has continued with legal argument in the absence of the jury.

The 77-year-old man has pleaded not guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to five charges of the offence on dates between January 1967 and July 1968.
