Teenage biker killed in Wexford crash
A 16-year-old motorcyclist was killed today when he collided with a school minibus in Co Wexford.
None of the 14 secondary school pupils on the bus were injured in the crash, which happened around 8am.
The road at Redmondstown, Murrintown, is currently closed for a forensic examination by collision investigators.
The teenager’s death brings the number of people killed on Irish roads so far this year to 254.
Memorial services were held across the country yesterday to mark World Remembrance Day for Road Traffic Victims.
