Young Scientist entries up 14% on this year

A record number of entries have been received for next year's Young Scientists Exhibition.

More than 1,600 projects have been entered into the competition, up 14% on the total number of entries this year.

Five hundred of these will make it through to the finals in the RDS in Dublin in January.
