Councils appeal for good Halloween behaviour

Local authorities have appealed to parents to act responsibly during the Halloween celebrations and ensure they keep their children away from fireworks.

Halloween is traditionally the busiest night of the year for fire services, with approximately 1,000 callouts in Dublin alone last year.
