The Irish Farmers Association isn't ruling out the possibility of street protests to highlight its opposition to Budget cutbacks.

The association says around 60,000 farmers will see their incomes fall by 10% as a result of cutbacks in the Suckler Cow Welfare Scheme and Disadvantaged Area Payments.
