The Church of Ireland Archbishop of Dublin today accused Education Minister Batt O’Keefe of targeting disadvantaged Protestant children in Budget cost-cutting.

Reverend John O’Neill said the removal of a grant which allowed children from poorer backgrounds to attend fee-paying Protestant schools would damage their opportunities.
