Teen remanded in connection with double car burglary

A 17-year-old boy arrested in connection with a burglary and theft of two-high powered cars from a house in south Dublin was remanded on continuing bail today pending directions from the DPP.

A 17-year-old boy arrested in connection with a burglary and theft of two-high powered cars from a house in south Dublin was remanded on continuing bail today pending directions from the DPP.

The boy had been charged at the Children’s Court last month with burglary of a house at a Riverside Drive, in Rathfarnham, in Dublin, in the early hours of September 11 last. He was also charged with travelling in a stolen 2008 Mercedes-Benz car allegedly taken from the same house.
