Two men remain in custody in connection with Belfast stabbing

Police in the North are continuing to question two men in connection with a stabbing incident in Belfast.

A 25-year-old man received serious injuries when he was stabbed in the abdomen following an altercation at a house in the Epworth street area in the east of the city.

It happened at lunchtime yesterday.

The men, aged 23 and 26, were arrested yesterday evening and are helping police with their inquiries.
