Candidates urged to support inspections of US flights

The Irish branch of Amnesty International is writing to the two US presidential candidates asking them to allow the Irish authorities to search US military planes at Irish airports.

The organisation says the Irish Government has failed to push for inspections on suspected US 'rendition' flights.
