SF: Banks should be charged levy on bail-out

Sinn Féin finance spokesperson, Arthur Morgan, has tabled an amendment to the Credit Institutions Bill demanding a levy be charged to banks for the term of the bank bail-out deal.

Mr Morgan has also demanded that the Government immediately outline the conditions agreed with the banking sector.
