Gormley: Bank guarantee is right action at right time

Green Party leader John Gormley says he believes the Government is taking the right action at the right time by guaranteeing all the deposits of the six Irish-owned banks.

The plan was announced by the Government early yesterday morning after some of the banks came to the brink of collapse on Monday.
