Cowen to hold Lisbon Treaty talks with Sarkozy

Taoiseach Brian Cowen will today hold talks on the Lisbon Treaty with French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

Foreign Affairs Minister Micheál Martin and his French counterpart Bernard Kouchner will also attend the meeting in Paris.
