Harney to meet family of cancer victim Edel Kelly

The family of cancer victim Edel Kelly are to meet Health Minister Mary Harney today.

The young woman died earlier this year after being wrongly given the all-clear for breast cancer at Ennis General Hospital

This evening's meeting is due to take place at Ms Harney's office in Dublin.

Ms Kelly's partner and parents are expected to seek an apology for the failure to properly diagnose the 26-year-old.
