PDs set November date for final party meeting
The Progressive Democrats have reportedly been forced to delay the holding of a meeting to finally wind up the party.
The PDs were initially expected to hold the gathering next month.
However, reports this morning say the party's national executive has now set a date in November instead due to the difficulties in finding a suitable venue.
Around 3,500 PD members are set to be invited to the meeting, where they will vote on a recommendation by the leadership to wind up the party.
