€400K found in car-door panels

Customs officers at Rosslare Europort have seized more than €400,000 in cash.

The money was discovered yesterday in the door panels of a car which was about to board the car ferry to France.

A man in his 20s and another in his 30s were travelling in the car.

Customs and gardaí from Wexford will investigate the source of the money.
