Union stewards opposing pay deal

Shop stewards are set to oppose the draft social partnership deal on the grounds that they cannot cope with a possible pay freeze.

A grassroots network of workers are meeting in Dublin today to discuss the implications of the deal, which was agreed at the pay talks earlier this week.
