Ireland ‘a generation behind UK in child protection procedures’

Ireland is failing to adequately protect its children from sexual abuse, support group One in Four claimed today.

“Currently we are a generation behind the UK in our child protection procedures,” said executive director Maeve Lewis, launching the organisation’s annual report today.
