PSNI charge three with stabbing murder
Three men were charged with murder tonight after a man was stabbed to death in the North.
The three, one aged 24 and the others 22, will appear in court tomorrow accused of murdering Eamonn Hughes, 48, on the Lisnahull estate in Dungannon, Co Tyrone, early on Saturday.
Mr Hughes was walking home from his daughter’s 18th birthday party when he was confronted.
One of the trio is also charged with causing grievous bodily harm while a fourth man, aged 40, is accused of attempted murder.
They will appear at Omagh Magistrates Court.
