Man in court in connection with €350k Dublin cocaine seizure
A 20-year-old Congolese man is due to appear before the Dublin District Court today following a cocaine seizure in the city yesterday evening.
The haul of between five and six kilos has an estimated street value of €350k.
The drug was found in a package which had come from the United States and followed a profiling operation involving the Gardaí and Customs officers.
The seizure was made at Peter's Street in the South Inner City.
The Congolese national was detained at Pearse Street garda station.
