Report: Drug use on the rise in the south-east

The number of people being treated for heroin and cocaine use in the south-east is increasing, according to a new report from the HSE.

The report, which covers Waterford, Wexford, Tipperary, Carlow and Kilkenny, shows that nearly 3,000 people contacted treatment services last year.
