No water for 25,000 Kerry residents after landslide

Up to 25,000 people in North Kerry are without water after a landslide polluted the River Feale.

It follows a bog slide in the Kielduff area which engulfed two bridges, blocked off roads and cut off access to a number of homes.

Following an inspection of the river this morning, Kerry Co Council decided to cut off the water supply to homes and businesses in North Kerry until further notice.
