Average rents down almost 2% in 12 months

Average rents in Ireland fell almost 2% in the 12 months to June of this year, according to the latest figures from Daft.ie.

The property website says rents were around 1.8% lower in the second quarter of this year compared to the same period a year ago, following a massive surge in supply.
