RTÉ to broadcast documentary on Ahern

A three-part documentary about former Taoiseach Bertie Ahern is due to be broadcast later this year as part of RTÉ's autumn line-up.

The series, entitled 'Bertie', is being made by Mint Productions.

It begins on November 3 and will chart the 30-year political career of the former Fianna Fáil leader, including interviews with Mr Ahern himself, as well as his close friends and colleagues.
