A 20-year-old man is fighting for his life following a shooting in the Ballyfermot area of west Dublin overnight.

A 20-year-old man is fighting for his life following a shooting in the Ballyfermot area of west Dublin overnight.

Gardaí believe the victim was attacked by a gang of men on grounds behind the Cherry Orchard Hospital just after 10pm.
