Alliance not interested in policing and justice job

The Alliance Party in the North says it will not "ride to the rescue" of Sinn Féin and the DUP as they continue their efforts to reach a compromise on the devolution of policing and justice powers.

The two main parties in the power-sharing Executive have put forward new proposals under which neither would put forward a nominee for the position of policing and justice minister.
