Parents worried about school book prices

Parents of national school pupils are calling for greater control on the updating of school books.

It comes amid growing concern at the cost of sending children to school.

The National Parents Council say it is becoming increasingly difficult to have books "handed down" from older to younger students, because the editions go out of date so quickly.
