€440m drug dealer could face murder trial in UK

A convicted police killer jailed for 30 years for his role in Ireland’s largest drugs seizure appeared in court today in relation to his extradition back to the UK.

Perry Wharrie is wanted by the British authorities for disappearing after being released on licence from a life sentence for murder in 2005.
